About us
Page Rural Advisory Ltd is led by Edward Page MRICS and supported by an extensive network of professional associates. Edward Page boasts a rich professional background, having served in senior client advisory roles with national and regional firms of Land Agents and Surveyors, including Knight Frank LLP. He has held roles as Estate Manager for one of Wales' largest privately owned Rural Estates and with the National Trust in Herefordshire.
Operating from our own Country House business, we share a common journey with many of our clients and often draw upon our first hand practical experience.
Land and Property Management Services
As Rural Chartered Surveyors, our firm blends technical proficiency with a profound understanding of the distinctive demands associated with Estates, Farms and Country Houses. We offer management services tailored to the needs of owners and businesses, often encompassing a wide spectrum of traditional Estate Office functions.
Rural Consultancy
We offer a full suite of technical Rural Consultancy services including specialist Landlord and Tenant advice in agricultural, commercial and residential lettings in both England and Wales. We assist with agricultural and environmental capital grants and provide land mapping services for grants, leases and conveyances. We negotiate compensation for utility infrastructure and advise our clients on public or private rights of way that cross their land. We often work with our clients through various areas of property taxation including stamp duty, inheritance tax and local taxation.
